Balloon Nails

Today is a very special day for a little man named Kyle! These were done for my cousin's son who's birthday is TODAY!

For this design I used the following:


-"Beauty Secrets" Base Coat
-"Orly" Nail Polish in Liquid Vinyl
-"Orly" Nail Polish in Shine on Crazy Diamond
- Acrylic paints in black, red, yellow, blue, purple, green and white.
-"Beauty Secrets" Top Coat
